Terms & Conditions 

WORKING DRAFT — CONFIRMATION REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH

1. Promoter

1.1 This promotion is conducted by Arisit Pty Limited, ABN 23 091 515 294, Registered Office: A1 Richmond Road Homebush West NSW 2140 (the Promoter).

1.2 The Promoter is conducting this Promotion in connection with Blueair.

1.3 References in these Terms and Conditions to the “Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the entity identified in clause 1.1.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to residents aged 18 years and over of Australia and New Zealand.

2.2 Employees, directors and officers of the Promoter, Blueair, their related entities and any agencies or companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

2.3 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, immediate family includes a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, step-parent, child, step-child, sibling, step-sibling, grandparent or grandchild.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To submit a valid entry during the Monthly Promotional Period, an entrant must:

• Follow @blueair_aunz on Instagram;

• Like the official giveaway post for the applicable Monthly Giveaway;

• Comment on the official giveaway post in accordance with the entry prompt and tag one other Instagram account in a manner that complies with Instagram's rules; and

• Meet all other eligibility requirements contained in these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 No purchase or payment is required to enter. Standard internet or mobile data charges imposed by an entrant's provider may apply. Completion of all mandatory requirements above constitutes one valid base entry.

3.3 Each eligible entrant may receive a maximum of two (2) entries: one (1) base entry under clause 3.1 and one (1) optional bonus entry under clause 3.5.

3.4 Additional comments, likes, follows or tags do not create additional entries beyond the maximum stated in clause 3.3.

3.5 An entrant may receive one (1) optional bonus entry by sharing the official giveaway post to their Instagram Story during the Monthly Promotional Period and tagging @blueair_aunz so the Story can be verified.

3.6 Entrants with private Instagram accounts who seek the bonus entry must send @blueair_aunz a screenshot or other reasonable evidence of the qualifying Story before the Monthly Promotional Period closes. Sharing to a Facebook personal timeline, tagging friends on Facebook or any other Facebook friend-connection mechanic does not constitute an entry.

3.7 Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being drawn.

3.8 Incomplete, automated, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.

4. Monthly Promotional Period

4.1 The Promotion will operate as a series of separate monthly giveaways from 1 October 2026 to 30 June 2027 inclusive. Each Monthly Giveaway constitutes a separate promotion and will have its own Monthly Promotional Period, prize and prize draw.

4.2 Unless otherwise expressly stated in the official giveaway post, each Monthly Giveaway:

• commences at 12:01am on the first calendar day of the relevant month; and

• closes at 11:59pm on the final calendar day of that month.

All times are Sydney, Australia time (AEST or AEDT, as applicable).

4.3 Only entries submitted during the applicable Monthly Promotional Period will be eligible for that month's prize draw.

4.4 At the end of each Monthly Promotional Period, entries for that Monthly Giveaway close and the entry pool resets. Entries from previous Monthly Giveaways will not be included in subsequent draws.

4.5 The official Instagram giveaway post will identify the Monthly Giveaway to which it relates and will direct entrants to these Terms and Conditions.

4.6 The prize applicable to each Monthly Giveaway is set out in the Monthly Prize Schedule in clause 5.2. The Promoter may also identify the applicable prize in the official giveaway post for that Monthly Giveaway.

5. Prize

5.1 Unless otherwise expressly stated in the official giveaway post, there is one (1) prize to be won in each Monthly Giveaway.

5.2 Subject to product availability and any applicable regulatory requirements, the intended prize for each Monthly Giveaway is as follows:

5.3 Eligible Australian and New Zealand entrants will participate in the same random prize draw for each Monthly Giveaway, with one (1) eligible winner selected from all valid entries received during the applicable Monthly Promotional Period.

5.4 The applicable Australian and New Zealand recommended retail value of each Monthly Prize will be confirmed and included in the Monthly Prize Schedule and/or applicable material before entries for that Monthly Giveaway open.

5.5 The colour, model or variant of the Monthly Prize available to the winner will b e stated in the applicable promotional material.Where more than one colour or variant is available, the Promoter will specify whether the winner may select their preferred option.

5.6  A winner may receive a maximum of(1) prize in each Monthly Giveaway. Winning a previous Monthly Giveaway does not prevent that person from entering or winning a subsequent Monthly Giveaway, provided they continue to satisfy these Terms and Conditions.

5.7 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

5.8 If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

6. Prize Delivery

6.1 The Promoter will arrange delivery of each prize to an eligible residential address nominated by the relevant winner.

6.2 The Promoter will cover standard delivery costs to an eligible residential address in the winner's country of residence. A winner will not be required to make any payment to claim or receive the prize.

6.3 Any costs not expressly stated as forming part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

6.4 The Promoter will advise each winner of the anticipated delivery timeframe once their eligibility and delivery information have been confirmed.

7. Winner Selection

7.1 The prize draw for each Monthly Giveaway will take place at 10:00am at Arisit Head Office, 40-44 Mark Anthony Drive, Dandenong South, VIC 3175, on the applicable date below:

7.2 For example, entries received during September will close at 11:59pm on 30 September and the September Monthly Giveaway will be drawn on the first Monday in October.

7.3 The winner will be selected at random from all valid Australian and New Zealand entries received during the relevant Monthly Promotional Period using a fair random draw process or random number generator.

7.4 The first eligible entry drawn will receive the prize for that Monthly Giveaway.

7.5 The Promoter may draw reserve entries in case the original winning entry is subsequently determined to be invalid or the entrant is found to be ineligible.

7.6 Entrants are not required to be present at the draw.

8. Winner Notification and Publication

8.1 The winner of each Monthly Giveaway will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the applicable draw.

8.2 The winner will be contacted by Instagram Direct Message from @blueair_aunz and may then be asked to provide an email address, telephone number and delivery details for verification and prize fulfilment.

8.3 Entrants should be aware of fraudulent or impersonator accounts. The Promoter will only contact winners from @blueair_aunz or another official Blueair account clearly identified in the promotional material and will never request payment in order to claim a prize.

8.4 Winner information will be published where required by applicable law.

9. Claiming Prizes

9.1 A winner must respond to the winner notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery.

9.2 Winners will have 14 days from the date of notification to claim their prize, subject to any longer period required by an applicable permit, licence or law.

9.3 If a winner is unable to establish eligibility or does not claim the prize within the applicable claim period, the prize may be treated as unclaimed.

10. Unclaimed Prize Draw

10.1 If a prize remains unclaimed after the applicable claim period in clause 9.2, and a an unclaimed prize draw is permitted, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw  at 10:00am at Arisit Head Office, 40-44 Mark Anthony Drive, Dandenong South, VIC 3175. On the first Monday of the second calendar month immediately following the relevant Monthly Promotional Period, subject to any longer holding period, regulatory approval or other requirement imposed by applicable law.

10.2 Any replacement winner will be randomly selected from the remaining valid entries.

10.3 An unclaimed prize winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the redraw.

10.4 Replacement winner information will be published where required by applicable law.

11. Instagram, Facebook and Meta

11.1 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

11.2 By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram and Facebook have no responsibility for the administration of the Promotion or fulfilment of prizes and release Instagram and Facebook from liability arising from or in connection with the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

11.3 Entrants must comply with Instagram's applicable terms, policies and community standards when participating. Entrants must not inaccurately tag content or engage in misleading, harassing, automated or otherwise prohibited tagging behaviour.

11.4 The Promotion may be advertised on Facebook, but Facebook personal-timeline sharing, friend-tagging or other friend-connection mechanics are not conditions of entry.

12. Personal Information

12.1 The Promoter may collect personal information reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, verify winners and distribute prizes.

12.2 Information collected from entrants and winners may include their name, Instagram handle, email address, telephone number and delivery address where required.

12.3 Personal information may be used to:

• Administer and verify entries;

• Conduct the prize draw;

• Contact and verify winners;

• Publish winner information where required by law; and

• Arrange delivery of prizes.

12.4 Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) where applicable, and the applicable Blueair/Promoter Privacy Policy at www.arisit.com/policies/privacy-policy

12.5 Entry into this Promotion does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated electronic marketing communications unless the entrant separately provides the required consent.

12.6 By entering, an entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce and repost the entrant's competition comment and public Instagram username solely for administering, announcing and organically promoting this Promotion for up to 12 months after the relevant Monthly Giveaway closes. The Promoter will not use an entrant's private photos or videos for promotional content without separate permission.

12.7 If a winner is asked to participate in additional publicity, any use of their image, voice or separately created content should be subject to separate consent where required.

13. Promotion Integrity

13.1 If any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned because of technical failure, communications network failure, unauthorised intervention, fraud, tampering or another cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion only to the extent permitted by law and any applicable permit or licence. Where regulatory approval or participant notification is required before a change, suspension or cancellation, the Promoter will obtain or provide it before the change takes effect.

13.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who:

• Tampers with the entry or draw process;

• Submits an incomplete, fraudulent or misleading entry;

• Uses automated entry methods;

• Breaches these Terms and Conditions; or

• Engages in conduct that compromises the fair conduct of the Promotion.

13.3 The Promoter will maintain appropriate records of entries, bonus entries, prize draws, winner verification, prize fulfilment and any redraw for at least two (2) years after the relevant draw, or for any longer period required by applicable law.

14. Permits and Regulatory Approvals

14.1 Each Monthly Giveaway conducted under these Terms and Conditions constitutes  a separate trade promotion and will be assessed separately for applicable permit, licence, notification, filing or regulatory requirements based on its eligible territories, prize structure and total prize value.

14.2 Any permit, licence or authority required for a particular Monthly Giveaway will be obtained before that Monthly Giveaway is advertised or opened, and any required permit or licence number will be included in the applicable promotional material.

14.3 Where a Monthly Giveaway is promoted or conducted electronically in Western Australia, the applicable Terms and Conditions will be lodged with the relevant Western Australian regulator before that Monthly Giveaway commences, as required by law.

14.4 For New Zealand entrants, entry must remain genuinely free, entrants must not incur additional costs to participate beyond ordinary internet or data access costs, and winners must not incur additional costs to claim or receive their prize.

14.5 If the entry mechanic, prize structure, eligible territories, prize value or any purchase, subscription or paid-entry requirement changes, the Promoter will reassess the regulatory requirements before the affected Monthly Giveaway commences.

15. General

15.1 Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

15.2 The Promoter's decisions regarding eligibility, verification and administration of the Promotion are final, subject to applicable law.

15.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which an entrant ordinarily resides.
